As a level 3 personal trainer, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles. More than just getting you into shape, I also help with improving endurance, building strength, and sports-specific training.

Fast, fun and functional

Due to the covid-19 situation, all my classes are currently being run on Zoom. If you'd like to find out more, please drop me an email at

Lower intensity for longevity

This lower intensity class is designed specifically for older adults or people looking to ease back into exercise after a break.

I'm passionate about helping people develop a love for exercise and find it utterly inspiring seeing people in retirement who are stronger and fitter than they were in their twenties.

The course programme includes a mix of resistance, flexibility and low intensity cardiovascular training with gradual progressions and adaptions built in over time.

Regular physical activity at any age, will help to improve balance, strength, gait, muscular power, blood pressure, endurance and bone density and consequently helps with weight management . All of which have been proven a lower risk of developing many long-term (chronic) conditions. There are also the improvements to cognitive functioning and stress management attributed to exercise.

  • £8 per session if advance block booking.

  • £10 drop in (subject to availability)

Individual tailored programme

Whether you’re training for a specific race, looking to get into shape, or just looking to get your exercise mojo back, I will work with you to devise a suitable exercise and nutrition programme to achieve your goals.  You’ll see an improvement in your energy levels and performance in no time.

  • £40 per hour (Minimum 3 session booking of £120)

  • £240 for 6 week booking (get 7th session free)

We're in this together

Sometimes training with friends and family can be more fun and motivating than going out alone.

Private group workouts are designed to be challenging for all the group with specific individual objectives factored in. Group sessions are offered in 6 week blocks and include fitness testing and design of individual programmes for the period.

  • £450 for 6 week course (can be split by up to 6 people).

The foundation for successful training programmes

Fitness tests consist of a series of specific exercises, which help to get a clear picture on an individual's overall health and physical status.

The main areas explored are as follows:

- General health evaluation (weight, height, BMI, Blood pressure, resting heart rate, body composition testing).

- CV fitness testing

- Stength and endurance testing

- Flexibility testing

This information enables us to benchmark progress over time once the specific programme has been implemented over a sustained period. It also enables comparison against the norms according to age/gender.

Fitness tests take 1-2 hours to complete depending on the level of detail required by clients.

As a lover of (read totally obsessed with) the great outdoors, my passion as a personal trainer is centred around working with clients to embed positive changes in their lives, through exercise and nutrition, to achieve lifelong health and wellbeing.

Whenever possible we train outdoors to reap the huge associated benefits for both the mind and body.

I work closely with clients to understand their lifestyle and barriers to exercise and healthy eating, to create a varied, fun and sociable yet challenging fitness programme.

The programmes set will always include a combination of strength, cardiovascular and flexibility exercises.

Whatever your age, there's strong scientific evidence that being physically active can help you lead a healthier and happier life.

I offer private sessions, private group sessions and regular outdoor bootcamps which can be tailed to all levels of fitness and ability.

Social Venture

Mogo Lifelong Fitness has been set up as a separate entity to Mogo Fitness, with the specific social mission to motivate more people to exercise more regularly in later life.

This venture is in R&D phase currently and is being being developed with the support of Cambridge Social Ventures, part of Cambridge University, on a 12 month incubator programme.

Mogo Lifelong Fitness has been created to get more people motivated to exercise later in life. The core components of the business are as follows:

  • Programme; a progressive series of exercise sessions that are varied, safe and fun. All content will be high quality and evidence-based.

  • Online platform and community – looking to create a credible, engaging, inspiring, inclusive and stylish digital space for older people, where personal achievement can be celebrated.

By inspiring people to be more active and equipping them with the tools and knowledge to live healthier lifestyles, on a consistent basis, there will be a reduction in obesity-related chronic illnesses, improved mobility and improved mental wellbeing.

The cost of the ageing population is putting an increasing strain on society as people are leading sedentary lives, not eating balanced diets and many are lonely, leading to mental health issues. Sadly this important sector of the population are often overlooked and certainly not the focus of the fitness industry. Many older people are intimidated by exercise and simply don't know where to start.

Mogo Lifelong Fitness is a company limited by shares with a locked in social mission to reinvest 10% of profits to address the problem that the social mission is setting out to address.

If you think you would like to support this venture in any way or to find out more, please email me at
